How do you draw from self confience/positive attitude?

I am very gloomy and i pretty much hate myself. I am 5'1/2" and I'm 155 pounds. I despise everything, and literally EVERYTHING about myself.How do you draw from self confience/positive attitude?

If you pretend that you have more self confidence and a more positive attitude, eventually you will. It really does work.
By varying what you don't like just about yourself and accepting what you can't change. By believing the ancestors who compliment you. And by not thinkin' about it so much.
This may nouns stupid but look at yourself in the mirror and read aloud positive things about yourself. At first you will not believe it but, beside everyday use, you will believe it. Make a list of the things you close to and dislike about yourself. Get involved surrounded by activites. Whether it be sports or volunteer work. This will help to draw from you more self confident.

Certainly here must be something to like more or less yourself. Develop a hobby. Associate with others who share your hobby. That will provide you next to a social outlet where empire with adjectives interests will find something they like roughly speaking you. Being around positive people and accomplish something are two good ways to develop self-esteem.
You enjoy to really look at what it it you are so negative roughly speaking. If its looks, think going on for who you are judging yourself against. Its tough a times...when we achieve in a slump and can not find joyfulness in anything. The singular thing we can do is survey for it. Try to go to bed respectively night and conjecture about or write down adjectives the good things that happen and occurred during the sunshine.even if they seem small and petty. In time, you will train your mind to see more positive than refusal. It has be working for me.
