How do you overcome cloying stress and pressure?

please don't say slaughter yourself or something like that, besides lame, that wouldn't relieve at all :)How do you overcome cloying stress and pressure?
I speak a prayer and practice deep breathing.
Breath rest do some fun actions, do volunteer work
Reading...volunteer work...walking...yoga and/ or meditation
Ask for help! Just realize that you need relief is the first step. There are great meds out there too that can really appropriate the edge past its sell-by date and they do work for most people. Take Care of yourself!
The one and one and only soulution is MEDITATION....
Yaa...it works a lot alwayz..freshly get up hasty in the morning....dance to some good intuitive place...sit quiet, close your eyes, and listen the silence..., try it..see what happen....

Take some time everyday to pray or meditate, and just relax. Walking is honest too.

Get an interest outside of yourself
