How does a personage reinvent themselves?

I am tired of being the hushed wall flower. I want to step out of my box and try different things, but it's a bit daunting. Any suggestions on how to overcome this fear?How does a personage reinvent themselves?
Any mental switch takes time and restraint.
My advice is that you should start going out near a lot of nation, meet bright persons and try at every date (with friends or busines dates) to do something your method, for instance go to a place where on earth you like the most,or do something you approaching and they like smaller quantity.Do not propose these thing, of late say "we are going near and we will do that" .The more people you come upon and the more you try will have an impact on what you will become.

there is nought more exillerating than stepping outside your comfort zone and comeing up trumps .
you only bring one chance at life span..so grab it beside both hands and shake the crap out of it .
if at first you fall through, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and hold another dig at it.
