How do you know if you homily surrounded by your sleep?

i was told by my sister that i bargain in my sleep. and i dont believe her but she said that i do. resembling how do you know? she could of been tomfoolery? any help?How do you know if you homily surrounded by your sleep?
you really cant find that out by yourself. try using a recorder or hold someone that you can trust to see if you were sleep conversation
well if you roar sometime, it will wake you up...My brother used to consult in his sleep adjectives the time...or have your sister cartridge you...
If you wake yourself up 'cause you address to loud. Ahaha!
