    Lamictal is indeed an anti- convulsant and is also used fro psychiatric conditions. For depression it can only be used for the Bipolar type, you are probably unipolar so it will simply work for your seizure
    Yep. Lamictal save me too. I'm Bipolar. Its the ONLY med to work...it keeps the swings to a undressed minimum, but the op was right...not an anti-depressant. No side affects if you start deeply slowly...I LOVE IT.

Therapy, coping skills, erudition to deal near your symptoms definitly help purely as much as any medication. They may not go away, but you can at lowest possible deal beside them when you are experiencing symptoms.

So probably on some level you don't trust him to not break up near you again. I think that, if this is the covering, you should learn to be self sufficient. Then you two can grow together, to some extent than you being next to him, living in mistrust that one day he will break up next to you again.

    I used to put stuff in the oven. Like frozen pizzas, and afterwards lay back down and not wake up up until my smoke dectector went stale. It got so discouraging at one point, I would tie my refrigerator and cupboards shut at night when I go to bed.

    Get the book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" published by The Stuttering Foundation and work through it step by step and practice, practice, practice. I come from a people of stutterers and this book was our source of overcoming stuttering.
    Cognitive behavioral psychiatric help (CBT) can help next to this. Go to your general practitioner and ask them to refer you to a analyst who is trained to practice CBT. A public speaking class might also help.
    I find that if you envisage the sentence or words you are about to speak are written on paper, and you are merely reading them. It really help when you have to speak within front of large groups
    of race also. Concentrate more on what you are going to say, than concentrating on trying not to stutter. Purposefully annunciate your words and that help also. Once again you are concentrating on the words and not the stutter.

    Have a 20 minute sleep now, which will get up you up a bit. Any more and you could start to feel worse. Then bring stuck straight into your assignments, finishing them as quickly as possible. Set time ends and work as fast as you can!! Aim for more or less 3 hours for each assignment. Have 10 minute breaks every 1.5 hours (eat a hearty snack and then stir for a walk or do night light exercise). This will brighten you up, and prepare you for the next lot of work. Afterwards seize some sleep (aim for 8 hours) and prepare for classes in the morning. Don't stress too much and hope everything go well!!
