How do I meditate?

How do I meditate?
One common and simple approach to meditate is the candle method. You simply sit in a completely threatening room, lit by nothing except the candle. one candle. Focus on that candle and nothing else, a moment ago stare at its light...Repeat one word over and over again silently; the word can be anything as long as it help you concentrate. Take very weighty, long breaths...Do this for about 1 hour every daytime. Make sure you do this at times when there is not a soul to disturb you, and turn off any cell-phones or other devices that may disturb you.
Go to a place where on earth you will not be disturbed. Try to find a place that doesn't have a great deal of noise that could bother you. Sit surrounded by a comfortable position. Close your eyes. Focus on one thing contained by your mind, perhaps a color or a nouns. Don't let anything else interrupt. If something else butts contained by, get fund into the focus. As long as you keep out the intruding thoughts, you should be capable of get into a adjectives state.
