How does a trauma object find support?

I'm a recovering trauma victim and I've be in dream therapy for the last year and a partly. My family is not emotionally supportive of my pains to overcome my past. What are other resources one might use to build a nurturing support exchange cards? How does a trauma object find support?
Check with your local hospital for their primary programs and 2nd-level support see. Family and friends are often 1st choices for victims, but nought is a substitute for interacting with fellow victims. You enjoy entered a peerless world...only through sharing and research of others experiences can you begin to move towards your solution.
Also, do not litter any help. Depending on the type of trauma, medication may give support to. No pill is going to solve this issue for you, but trauma often cause ancillary conditions (depression, anger, anxiety, irrational fear) that make it difficult to find the spirit to address your core issue. If medication can provide some relief, it will allow you to carry more out of your therapy and other interactions.
Asking for lend a hand is a HUGE step. Give yourself due credit...you've already proven to be a brave individual. You are already ahead of the curve as many suffer within silence.
Good luck and God's speed!
Try talking to a minister.
