how can i work towards keeping this persons change going after termination and is that really my responsibility?How can i give support to someone that have be making change within their lives?
If the changes are apt ones, you could give support and reassure them of their successes.
If the change are bad, you may want to set aside advice on ways to correct them.
You don't own responsibility for changes to anyone bar yourself. If you are this persons closest friend or a relative, you may want to try to stop them from making bleak changes.
It is complex to answer this question because you read aloud someone has made some change, then they are getting terminated, afterwards you don't want them to change. See what I imply? How can it be answered?
