How can I stop my shifty eyes?

It seems that latley I constantly shift my eyes around citizens. I seem to shift at a rate of knots to their private parts sometimes too. I never had this since but I feel an urge to do it almost self sabotageing. Its not sexual I a moment ago feel it lower than out of control. Could this be some sensitive of condition?How can I stop my shifty eyes?
I have never hear of this as some type of condition.
I know there are eye exercise that you can do that strengthen the eye muscles and help out you to look straight ahead. You need to ask an eye doctor more or less this.
You do have control over what you are looking at though.
Generally, what the mind is on is what you look at. Whether that be food, girls, books, cars or anything else.
I play lots of Poker and I can communicate you that the eyes give the character away.
If the person within the hand is staring at me, he have nothing and is bluffing.
If he looks away at a distance, he have a strong hand.
If he keep looking at his cards he has a soft appendage. If he never looks at them it is strong.
The same is true of people. If you are surrounded by a group of people and you are looking at their clothes you hold been thinking around what you wore today, looking at the girls may mean you miss have a female friend.
I hope you see what I mingy.
You really need to work on this because within life if you can create good solid eye contact you will win the girl, the job, and the money.
