i work grave yard shift and i am have problems waking up on the dot.any suggestions appreciated!!How can i wake up up comfortable?
How long have you worked the graveyard shift? Give it time for your body to adjust to you wake up at this time. And if all fail get an alarm clock or lift periodic nap throughout the day.
one route is medication , the other is take frothy meals b4 u step to sleep. eg u have to turn your time clock to accomade the transmute in working hours. so ur breakfast is let say 10or 11pm, lunch around 2 or 3am and dinner 8 0r 9am and sleep around 2 or 3 hours after that. bring in sure the room is dark so you pretend to ur body that its night.
