Hey i am still not cmng out of my depression .i spoilt within an exam .another i is 4 wks aftr .i cant concentrate
Are you taking medication? What kind.
Exercising? Eating right? Avoiding alcohol or other drugs?
Maybe you should quit playing on the computer and start studying.
I'm sorry - women suffer depression from PMS. Go to a medical doctor and see if he can assist you. If you're a male, try using OT|C St. John's Wort and Gingko- Balboa. It's a fluent mood and memory enhancer.
What have you done that you are expecting to be coming out of your depression?
Ideas:
1.) travel to the doctor, tell him/her what's wrong, they'll probably prescribe you an anti depressant
2.) Change your on a daily basis habits, win some exercise, eat improved, you know just obtain into shape
3.) Journal your feelings, write down consciousness, (use real pen and paper) keep hold of them or throw them away it doesn't matter. *(this in actuality does help)
4.) Stop using any drugs or alcohol that your are currently using. (if you can't get into a rehab center)
5.) Interact beside real family, not people over the Internet, create some flesh and blood friendships.
