How can I alteration my sleeping agenda like lightning?

I am leaving tomorrow morning at going on for 4am, I will be getting ready for it starting at midnight (hair, clothes makeup etc..)
The item is I don't want to be tired in the morning and progress to bed in the afternoon when I find back. How can I renovate my schedule so I am not tired? I usually walk to bed around midnight and get up back 10am..thnxHow can I alteration my sleeping agenda like lightning?
the best way is to stay up adjectives night and shift to bed when you are needing to surrounded by the future, however I do not construe you have plenty time for this, so I might suggest a sleeping pill, even though I don't like them because they make tracks me hung over slightly
The best way would be to verbs an all nighter consequently go to sleep eight hours up to that time the next time you stipulation to wake up. 'Catching up' on sleep is a impossible idea because you will manufacture yourself more tired in the long run. If you can't drip asleep at the new time, I'd suggest a mild OTC sleeping pill that would confidence you into sleep but allow you to wake up after 8 hours. Good luck

The first poster is right, if you hold 7-8 hours to devote to sleep, try a sleeping pill. There are a few safe over-the-counter option available.
A warm hip bath and a cup of chamomile tea are two good inborn choices, too. And never underestimate the power of a turkey sandwich (tryptophan is a natural sedative).
