when i ride my horse i always presume shes going to TRIP! when im galloping what can i do to not infer about that! :\HOW can i soft myself down?
Well. You enjoy many option as I see it. Firstly, stop riding - which you most likely do not want to do as you verbs to ride even though you are afraid. Secondly, but faith contained by your horse as it is out of your control. Thirdly, use imaginary exercises past you ride - see the ride from beginning to the lapse. Fourthly, deep breathing exercises - great for any situation where on earth you are afraid. Fifthly, find out the real drive you feel she is going to trip - have she done it before, if yes when - what be it caused by - have she done it again, are you afriad of yourself being hurt or her man hurt, have you see someone else's horse tripping - did someone else get hurt and you are newly assuming that you may get hurt??
Good Luck
Repeat this contained by your head: "I'm not going to trip, I'm not going to trip, I can do this!"
Try wearing go before phone and listen to a song you really enjoy. This instrument you pay more attention on the song than her tripping.
Has she ever tripped until that time?
SORRY FOR NOT ANSWERING
Has your horse ever tripped before? If not why are you worried? It sounds approaching you have fright while riding, which can be a natural sensitivity to not being surrounded by total control. Let's face it they are big animals and strong.
You unsophisticatedly need to self consult yourself and remind yourself that it is ridiculous for you think this path. Horses sense fear within the rider and will react to it. So procure a hold of your fears, it could make things worse for you.
