How can a "recovered" BP be recovered and still enjoy the black/white disfunctional thinking pattern?
By "BP" do you mean bipolar? Bipolar disorder is a mood disorder. Cognitive/behavioral psychotherapy to improve cognitive distortions approaching black and white thinking helps bipolar disorder because short cognitive distortions we have a smaller amount problems to trigger moods, but the two things are not directly related.
It's human temperament to have some level of cognitive distortions such as black and white thinking. If your mood disorder quiets down, you're still human, and therefore still imagine like a human, so you're liable to consideration black and white thinking. At least you can spot that. So many folks just devise they're totally right about everything while someone else is totally wrong and own no clue that's dysfunctional.
I would like to comfort but I don't know what a "recovered BP" is.
He means borderline nature disorder.
