I'm only 23 but I hold a horrible time remembering things people hold only told me a few minutes ago. I call in my husband every weekend in Rochester and when I walk out and someone asks me what we did I have an awful time trying to remember. My mother is 52 and she have the same problem and I'm worried that if I don't do something roughly it now later it'll only grasp worse. Are there any supplements or exercises I can do that hold shown to make and advancement?How can I develop my memory?
You can take the vitamin B complex (really cheap at and drug store or store resembling walmart) it helps beside memory stress and your metabolism. If that does'nt help, move about to your doctors and he can test your blood to see if you own a major vitamin fewer (will then start you on better supplements)

Take gensang tablets on a daily basis. I read it will increase your memory. Also practice doing things different from your normal routine. Example..if you use your right mitt to unlock your door, consciously make a decree to use your left paw instead.
Apply this technique to as many things you can and it should relief increase your memory.

I would suggest that you do crossword puzzles and try to solve math problems cause that give your brain exercise. Read more instead of looking at tv.
