How can i do away with the pressure and stress and quiet myself whenever i bring a experiment?

im 16. im usually an "A" student but whenever i take a quiz or experiment, i get "Cs"!! how can i get rid of this?How can i do away with the pressure and stress and quiet myself whenever i bring a experiment?
The night formerly, go over everything that'll be on the try-out. Then go to sleep. That's the best road to remember what you'll be being tested on. When you wake up up do these simple relaxation exercises: Starting at the top of your body, clench your jaw, consequently relax it. Do the same near your shoulders, arms, hands, stomach, buttocks, legs, and foot.. Get up and eat a polite breakfast. There. You've done all you can do. If you start notion anxious at school, do those relaxation exercises. They work. Good luck to you!! I'd love to hear how it go!!

Practice the homework more. The test and quizes are usually similar to homework. If you do good and get the homework, you should do fine on tests and quizes.
Try breathing... weighty breath in... weighty breath out.. i dont get apprehensive unless i know i havent gone over the things i learnt within class...and i dont understand it... but i dont return with nervous... try the breathing stuff.. :D gud luk
i chew gum or hold some other snack. i also just constrate on the rag not whats going around me.
